Not happy with your gift?
We want you to be happy with what you got. Two paths if you are not.
First option · One free regenerate
Every order has a one-time regenerate button on its status page. If a face came out wrong or the scene missed your brief, click it once and we re-run the full pipeline with the same photos and story. All 8 images get replaced. New images take a few minutes to render.
Second option · Refund
If the second attempt also did not land, request a refund. Tell us what was off in a short text. We read every request manually and reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Note
Refund decisions are made manually. If your request is declined, we will send you the reason by email. Questions: maxi.westphal@freenet.de.
How to start
Open your order to request a refund.
The refund button lives on your private status page. Open it with the link from your delivery email — or, if you lost the email, type the private code we sent with it.
Option 1 · From the email link
Click the link in your delivery email. It opens the status page already authenticated. Scroll down — the refund button is at the bottom of the page.
